Spherical Roller Bearing
A spherical roller bearing is a rolling-element bearing that permits rotation with low friction, and permits angular misalignment. Typically, these bearings support a rotating shaft in the bore of the inner ring that may be misaligned in respect to the outer ring. The misalignment is possible due to the spherical internal shape of the outer ring and spherical rollers. Despite what their name may imply, spherical roller bearings are not truly spherical in shape. The rolling elements of spherical roller bearings are mainly cylindrical in shape, but have a (barrel like) profile that makes them appear like cylinders that have been slightly over-inflated.

About HCH Bearing
“HCH Bearing” is the one of the largest miniature ball bearing manufacturing center in the world and monthly comes out 15,000,000 pieces of high precision miniature deep groove ball bearings. The largest ball bearing manufacturing center in the world so far with 450,000 square meters and monthly comes out 25,000,000 pieces of high precision small and medium bearings. HCH has 280 CNC fully automatic grinding and superfinishing lines with technology from Japan, Italy and Germany. Among them, 100 lines directly imported from Japan. Over 4,000 professional bearing inspection equipment and facilities further ensure the quality of HCH.
As early as 1997, HCH has established ISO 9002system and persisted on a long-term implement and improvement. In 2002, HCH updated the system to ISO 9001:9002 quality management system approved by SGS. And then, HCH introduced the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system in 2005 and has already obtained the certificate from the TUV, Germany.
Our Market
Our Kaung Thu Kha Group Company Limited start to distribute “HCH” bearing in 2008 and is the only one of authorized distributor in Myanmar. As early as 2008, KTK only sold about 300,000 pieces of “HCH” bearing per year. In 2020, KTK up to sold about 1,800,000 pieces HCH bearings.

Unit Bearing
A unit bearing is a completely sealed, non-serviceable unit. When the bearings wear out, you have to replace the entire live spindle. If we look just at the spindle and bearing assemblies, the advantage of a unit bearing is that you never need to pack the wheel-bearings with grease or replace seals.

About TR Bearing
TR Bearing was founded in 1979 in China and specializing in ball bearing units, they have leading procedures of heat treatment, grinding, and assembling, along with comprehensive and precise testing technologies and equipments.
They are also the authorized Guangdong Provincial Bearing Engineering Technology Research and Development Center and Enterprise Technological Center, a domestic front-runner in product development, performance design and testing, bearing technique, testing technology research, etc.
Their technological center lab is certified by National Accreditation Service, with the ability to test, analyze and study bearing performances.
TR brand ball bearing units are prominent products in Guangdong, while TR is certified as a well-known brand in Guangdong. In 2011 TR was recognized as a Chinese Famous Brand by the National Administration of Industry and Commerce.
